Reverend Dr. Chaplain Roxanne Parks-
Hayles; is a converted, born again, consecrated Christian who is a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

Apostle Parks-Hayles has been in ministry for over 40 years; she spent 11 years on the mission field, living in Portugal for 2 years, she worked for 5 years as an evangelist, 5 years as an associate minister, 3 years as a pastor launching 2 churches in Fremont California and 1 in Portugal that remains today.

 

Apostle Parks-Hayles served for 1 1/2 years on the Elder board of "Voices of Triumph" in Fremont, California. She worked in Radio and Television as a producer of "The Connection" and host of her own show for 9 years. She currently facilitates the Marriage Ministry at Kyles Temple AME Zion Church in Sacramento, California. She is a Spiritual Advisor & Intercessory Prayer Warrior for Doc Entertainment Marketing Company.

 

How can you describe Apostle Roxie?

 

She is an apostolic minister with a Kingdom mantle on her life and is a prophetic evangelist with a shepherd's heart, who teaches and preaches, operating and functioning in the five-fold ministry.

 

Apolistlic Mantle:

 

Rev. Parks-Hayles has ministered in Portugal, Germany, Austria, France, England, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Greece, The Greek Islands, Israel, Canada, and Mexico. 

 

Apostle Parks-Hayles speaks conversational Portuguese and Greek and studied Hebrew, Russian, Korean and French. She preaches and teaches the Word of God with a practical application of how to walk in your kingdom inheritance.

 

Prophetic Apostle:

 

God equipped her for this end-time harvest;

While attending college in Los Angeles, Apostle Roxanne joined "The Corporation" a gospel singing group. During this time she received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and heard the call of God to preach the gospel.

 

She began her ministry studies at Believers Bible College, West Adams Foursquare Church, under Pastors Dr's. Marvin and  Juanita Smith (now deceased). She received extensive spiritual warfare training with Dr. Juanita's powerful deliverance ministry. 

 

5 Fold Ministry: 

Pastor Roxie was installed in August 2003 as the founding Pastor of Irvington Christian Fellowship Church and International Ministries. In January 2017, Reverend Dr. Roxanne Parks-Hayles was affirmed Apostle.

Apostle Roxie has blessed the body of Christ with a powerful and anointed voice, singing in several gospel music groups and choirs; she is also a praise and worship leader and a gifted liturgical dance minister. She is a certified Chaplain and has received an Honorary Doctorate degree as well as other awards and achievements for her work in the community. Served as a judge for the Miss Black Sacramento Pageant 

Apostle Roxie is the host of a powerful and intriguing radio show entitled “This is Your Season.” Among her upcoming projects are a book and a Christian movie script.
